When I say RUN DONT WALK ! To Del Toro Tapas ! I was at a seafood festival when I had the pleasure to try this food truck , I ordered a sampler which came with chicken steak and shrimp . When I say it was the best blend of spices and texture that I’ve had for n a while . I immediately looked them up and found out that I have to make a trip to Brick Nj lol. 100/10
We visited the Del Toro Tapas Food Truck at the Italian Festival at Laurita Vineyards. It was delicious! Their Brochettas De Gamba ( shrimp marinated skewers on garlic bread) and fish & chips were great. Also had their lobster crochets and chicken skewers.
Lobster croquettes were unreal The sampler was fantastic; chicken, shrimp, steak, it was all super fresh and each had their own unique flavoring The tostones were incredible Couldn’t suggest hitting this place more and couldn’t be more disappointed they don’t have a physical location I can just pull up to any time!!
